The Bus Fair 2024

What does a Community Campout look like?

WHO SHOULD COME:

Whether you’re in a Skoolie, tent, or something in-between, everyone who is part of the nomad community (or aspiring to be) is welcome at this year’s community gathering. There’s a place for seasoned road dogs, and just-starting-outers. Bring the rig you’ve got, partner!

THE VIBE:

Relaxed-chillin'-mellow, recharging-the-soul-by-the-river, knee-slapin’, big-grins, tales-by-the-campfire, helluva-good-time, yaknow-what-im-sayin’

THE INTENTION:

To share stories, food, and friendship.

DISCLAIMER:

**There will be no formal education or bus showings this year. Just good folks and good times while being respectful of people’s rigs and boundaries.**

Camping Details:

A camping pass is required for each person.

All camp members and ONE (1) vehicle will need to fit within a 10' wide by upto 40' deep camping space. There are a limited number of TWO (2) vehicle camping spots for those wanting to secure a spot next to a friend with another vehicle for camping.

Purchasing a camping pass will give you and EACH MEMBER you add to your ticket order a space for camping 6 days/nights starting Wednesday 6/16/27 at through Tuesday 6/22/27 . Check-in and check-out is 11am.

Access to potable water and restrooms as well as swimming hole or short walk to motel with showers. Spots include shaded, sunny and partial shade/sun. First come first serve.

Kids 12 and under are FREE. Pets on leashes are welcome.

The camping location offers direct access to National Forest hiking and biking trails, an 18 hole disc golf course and a put-in for rafting, paddle boarding or tubing.

No RV hookups available so practice your off grid skills. There are grey/blank water dump stations across the road at Oakridge RV. Restrooms and trash bins provided.

It's best to plan on parking and stay parked for the duration of the event. Walking or bringing a bike is a great option to still get around Oakridge if you want to go to the local grocer or historic Uptown with a coffee shop, pub, art gallery and bar/grill.

If you're traveling with a second vehicle or "toad" and would like to be able to use that vehicle while camping, we have limited parking spots at Greenwaters Park for purchase.
